Abstract
Objective: In hemi-neglect patients, daily activity training was applied with traditional occupational therapy and neurocognitive rehabilitation to compare the effect of the two approaches to quality of daily activity performance.

Methods : AB single subject design research method was applied on 3 stroke patients to execute traditional occupational therapy and neurocognitive rehabilitation during the intervention period. The test was executed 10 times, 3 times during the basic line period and 7 times during intervention. The quality of performance about daily activity used Performance Quality Rating Scale (PQRS) for measurement. The obtained result was executed with tendency analysis and visual analysis through graphs.

Results: Subject 1 and Subject 2 that executed traditional occupational therapy showed high perfor-mance level in wearing clothes, and subject 3 that increased neurocognitve rehabilitation showed increased performance for brushing teeth. When looking at the result about the tendency analysis of the two assessments, target 2 showed big curve in wearing clothes, and target 3 showed big curve in brushing teeth.

Conclusion: Neurocognitive rehabilitation and traditional occupational therapy both showed positive influence in occupational performance of all daily activities, and it will be used usefully when neurocognitive rehabilitation is applied to traditional rehabilitation for clinical purpose.
